About AACM

The Americans for Access to Compounded Medication (AACM) is a newly formed, for-profit entity established by healthcare policy and legal authorities Mark Boesen, Pharm.D., J.D. and Allyson Snow, J.D. Our mission is to unite and empower stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to defend and expand access to compounded and personalized therapies.

Unlike a trade or professional association, this coalition represents a broader community - bringing together all stakeholders who depend on compounded medications, from patients and prescribers to families and public health advocates. If you are a professional, it's important to us that you invest in your professional or trade association first.

AACM brings together:

  • Patients and Patient Advocacy Organizations

  • Telemedicine and  Digital Health Companies

  • Healthcare Providers and Clinicians

  • 503A and 503B Compounding Pharmacy Legal Defense (in collaboration with OFA)

  • Clinics and Cosmetic Care Practices

  • Legal and Regulatory Experts in Pharmacy and Medicine

Through advocacy, strategic communications, media engagement, and direct access to federal and state decision-makers, AACM ensures that your voice is heard in key conversations shaping the future of personalized medicine.

Our Mission

To preserve, protect, and expand access to personalized medications by amplifying the voices of patients, healthcare providers, telemedicine practitioners, and compounding pharmacies at every level of policymaking.
